Armchair of curule form, with shaped, rectangular caned back and seat, overscrolled arm rests, with inverted U-shaped legs joined by truned stretchers.

Notes

Most probably designed by the Bawa office. See a similar armchair designed for the Bentota Beach Hotel, 1969, and illustrated in David Robson, 'Beyond Bawa' (2007). See also a similar armchair (gbc.29) in the Bawa Residence, Colombo.
